In the spirit of giving and philanthropy, ASPIRA Board Member, Ms. Natasha Alvarado is asking for assistance in a Winter Warmth Drive.  Below is the information on how you can get involved.

When?
December 12th at 10 AM behind Newark Penn Station, Peter Francisco Park, Newark, NJ.  Please note: The event is outside...So dress in layers!!!

How long is the event?
Roughly 2-3 hours, unless we get an overwhelmingly large supply of coats to distribute! :-)

 

What do you need?

Donate gently used, CLEAN goods. Blankets, coats, socks, hats, scarves, gloves, and etc.  All sizes are accepted. Arrangements for pick-up of items is available. Contact Ms. Alvarado using the email address below. 

DROP OFF LOCATIONS (Contact Ms. Alvarado for specific addresses)
Newark, NJ - Between Broadway and Summer Avenue - 9AM - 10PM
Passaic, NJ - Off of  East Monroe Street - 3PM - 10PM

NYC, NY - Between Broadway & Nagle Ave - 9AM - 10PM

The coats and other warmth items will be distributed to the homeless.
