Aspira Inc., of New Jersey, would like to wish a heartfelt congratulations to Sara Peña, Director of The Center for Hispanic Policy,  Research and Development for her resolution from the Newark Municipal Council, and the Desfile y Festival Cultural Dominicano de Essex County's  “Empowerment and Leadership” Outstanding Dominican Award. 

Ms. Peña's accomplishments for the upliftment of Latino/a/x and Hispanic people across the city of Newark, and the state of New Jersey, have been well documented. Her unwavering commitment to providing a voice for youth, families, and the community has been unwavering. We thank her for all that she does and continues to do. You are truly appreciated.
