In Camden and Jersey City: A program funded by the New Jersey Department of Health and Human Services.  ASPIRA’s FFCs are housed in an elementary school in each city.  The Centers provide students attending the schools and their families access to educational and health services as well as social and cultural opportunities that otherwise may not be available to them.
